Michael
Our head foreman, tree surgeon and internationally certified arborist with the ISA Michael is the brawn and personality that has made Climbing Fox Tree Service ltd. the company it is today. Slinging saws since the ‘91 Michael is experienced in all things green and leafy! His artful eye knows how to make those cuts, 'just so' thus turning your ugly mess of a tree or hedge into the showpiece hiding inside. Michael is a true master of his Craft passing his knowledge and expertise of climbing and rigging along to our whole team.

Sarah has been an internationally certified arborist with the ISA. On top of her many duties 'in the field', Sarah is also our go-to for tree diagnosis, integrated pest management, urban development planning, preservation and legal tree risk assessment reports. If you keep your eyes open you might even find her up a tree or two!

EVAN
Evan is the leader of our ground crew, not only does he keep the brush and wood moving steady to the chipper, but he has the skilled eyes that manage the look of aesthetic work from the ground perspective. We trust him with our lives when in the canopy, and with the safety of our whole team when the rigging starts! Previously a high school teacher who’s heart was craving more time in the outdoors; he helps new crew members learn the ropes to fit seamlessly into the team. Big E is our good guy on the ground with a heart that matches all 6.3ft of him!
RITA
Rita our multi-tasking wizard in the Climbing Fox office and she is also working hard towards her ITA Arborist Technician Qualification. Rita is an absolute wealth of knowledge! Questions? Need a proposal booked? She’s your gal!
ISAAC
Isaac is our enthusiastic head climber with a special love for at-height problem solving! He’s eager to learn as much as he can while working towards his ISA Climbing Specialist certification. Expanding his mind with documentaries and new experiences are some of his favorite pastimes.
JASPER
Jasper is also an experienced climber great at wide-canopy traversing and deadwooding. Watch out you knarly Garry oaks! with a keen mind for learning and honing his craft. He is also working towards his ISA Climbing Specialist certification. Nimbly navigating the canopies is where you will most likely find him on any given day.
Quinn
Quinn is our multi-talented, quick as a whip man on the ground AND an apprentice climber in the trees! He thoroughly enjoys working outdoors and often can be found carrying impressive amounts of brush with a smile on his face.
FORREST
Forrest came to us from a respected landscaping company in town that we know and love. His ample experience with plants has proved him a great addition and leader within our team. Currently learning all he can to pass his Arborist Qualification this fall, he loves working outside and has aspirations to take his career to new heights with us!
Amber
Amber is our newest Fox in the Office! She spends her days dotting i’s and crossing t’s and submitting tree permits so Sarah, Mike and Rita can meet with you in the field. We don’t know what we would do without her! This lovely lady is the gal you will most likely talk to when booking your estimate, rescheduling or getting extra information.
