“Michael, Sarah, and the team just finished a big laurel hedge job between our house and the neighbour. When he came around to do the estimate, Michael took the time to listen to what we wanted, and explain the options. He gave us a clear and detailed estimate, with a breakdown to guide our sharing of costs. We are very pleased with the job they did – careful pruning and shaping, with an excellent clean up. The hedge was very over-grown in places, so we were especially impressed with the amount of hand clipping they did. (Much less damage to the branches that will support the regrowth.) “Michael removed a tree from my property yesterday and he did a great job. He called when he said he would. Showed up when he said he would and did the job for the same price he quoted it for. He always had a smile and was a pleasure talking with. He didn’t make me feel like he was trying to get out of there as soon as he could. He took his time with the job and made sure it was cleaned up nice and even offered to come back and chop up a big piece of wood if I didn’t have anyone come and take it.
